Job Summary

Own the commercial relationship with assigned accounts. Drive renewals, expansions, executive alignment, and measurable ROI. Coordinate with Implementation and Success to launch sites and sustain adoption.

Build Relationships with Clinical Leadership

  • Primary commercial contact for health systems and physician groups
  • Build account plans, stakeholder maps, and risk registers
  • Present usage, outcomes, and ROI to clinical and business leaders
  • Hold 1:1 conversations with medical directors

Adoption and Impact

  • Monitor usage and outcomes to remove barriers
  • Trigger training, workflow fixes, and product feature requests
  • Assess quantitative impact on Quality, Risk, and RCM outcomes

Voice of Customer and References

  • Partner with clinical leadership to improve awareness and utilization
  • Capture case studies and references that show measurable impact
  • Coordinate newsletters and brief updates for account stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in account management or customer success for B2B SaaS (healthcare preferred)
  • Experience with acute care workflows or clinical documentation
  • Data literacy with proficiency in financial ROI analysis
  • Comfortable with product engagement data analysis
  • Executive presence and clear communication skills
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (HubSpot, Intercom, PostHog, Linear)

Compensation

  • Salary: $75,000 – $85,000/year
  • Meaningful option grants
  • 100% of medical/dental/vision covered by the company

  3. Live Mock Exercise (45 min) — client management and tough conversation handling
